A. You can, but that wouldn't really make sense as you would need the person doing the event to contact you if you win. However once you've entered your guess, you can make your donation name anonymous on Just Giving.Q. Will my email address be shared with everyone?
A. No, only the the person who guesses closest to the finish result will have their email address shared with the event doer in order to organise delivery of their prize.Q. What happens if two people guesses of the same as each other?
A. The person who makes the second guess of the same value, will be given the next closest free available value as their guess.Q. What happens on the day of my event / when can the last guess be made?
A. No more guesses can be on the day of the event or after it. The last guess can be made at midnight the day before.Q. Do GuessMyTime handle the payment transactions?
A. No, once you make your guess, you will be automatically directed to the Just Giving payment page. They handle all payments. Once you have made your donation, you will be redirected back to GuessMyTime, where you can now see your guess.Q. Do guess my time keep credit card information?
A. No, all payment details are handled by Just Giving.Q. Dose GuessMyTime take a cut of the donations?
A. No, all money raised goes though to your Just Giving event page.Q. Is there a set up fee for creating an event on GuessMyTime?

A. No, GuessMyTime only works with Just Giving fundraising.Q. Can I use Virgin Money with GuessMyTime?
A. We hope to be integrated with Virgin Money at some point in the near future, but it won't work at the moment.Q. I can no longer compete in my event, what should I do?
A. If you contact us, we can suspend you event for you so no more guesses can be made. It's up to you whether you still offer your prize to your guessers, but you should inform them that the event will no longer take place. We can help you with this.Q. How will I let all my guessers know what my finish result is?
A. Once you've completed your event, log back into GuessMyTime and go to your event page. You will now see an area to enter your finishing result. Once you've entered that, an automated email will be sent to all guessers of the result, and you wil be given the contact details of the person who has won to arrange delivery of their prize.Q. What happens if I guess the closest result, but I don't receive my prize?
A. The agreement for prizes is strictly an agreement between the person doing the event and the guesser. It is not GuessMyTimes responsibility to get involved with prize delivery or descriptions, but we can send a reminder email to them if necessary. A. Yes you can. This might be useful if you are planning to run a marathon AND are planning a 'guess the number of sweets in a jar' type event.Q. How can I promote my event?
A. We recommend sharing your event page URL on social media. We also recommend creating a YouTube video diary of your training. If you would like to use GuessMyTime User Video Diaries YouTube channel to promote your event, Contact usQ. When I try to set up an event I get a 'Oops, something went wrong' message.
A. This might have happened if:
a. You have used more than 255 characters in your 'Event Name', 'Event details', 'Event prize' or 'Event date'.
b. You are using the an invalid link in your as the 'Just Giving link'
